We ship globally from our distribution centers. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, while express options can deliver your gear within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that digital vouchers or 'Hacker Plans' bundled with physical merchandise are non-refundable once the code is redeemed.
How do I ensure I get the right fit?
Each product page features a detailed sizing chart. Our apparel generally follows a standard 'unisex' fit, but we recommend measuring a favorite shirt you own and comparing it to our guide for the most accurate sizing.
