Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be returned in its original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HTB account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
